1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ap999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the ap999 platform and the company operating it under an internationally recognised gaming licence framework.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ap999 platform in any capacity.

• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other market available on the ap999 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ap999 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the ap999 Privacy Policy and any sport- or game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ap999 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3 Eligibility

Use of the ap999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of ap999 or any of its technology or gaming content providers.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino services on ap999, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active ap999 Account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Identity Verification (KYC): ap999 may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

You must not share your username or password with any third party. ap999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ap999 immediately via the support channel at [email protected].

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ap999 operates a PKR-native wallet and supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following financial terms apply:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on ap999 is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within two minutes. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically arrive within minutes of approval. ap999 does not impose artificial delays on withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your account or to a verified account held in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Currency: All transactions on ap999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR-denominated transactions.
• Verification Prior to Withdrawal: ap999 reserves the right to complete full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete may be held pending verification.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only Real Money Funds remaining after bonus wagering has been completed are eligible for withdrawal.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the ap999 Platform, including PSL cricket markets, ICC tournaments, and all other sporting events offered:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once ap999's system has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are pending, unconfirmed, or placed during a system error are not valid until confirmed.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. ap999 does not retroactively change odds on confirmed bets.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. ap999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during periods of network disruption or live feed delay.
• Void Bets: ap999 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the bet was placed in error, that an obvious pricing error occurred, that the event was subject to match-fixing or irregular activity, or that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Results: ap999 uses official results from the relevant governing bodies (such as the PCB for PSL matches and the ICC for international fixtures) to settle betting markets. ap999's settlement decision is final in all cases where no official result is published within the settlement timeframe stated on the relevant market.
• Maximum Winnings: ap999 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are published on individual market pages. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

7 Casino Games

The ap999 casino section includes live dealer tables, slot games, and instant-win products supplied by third-party game providers. The following terms apply to casino game play:

• Game Rules: Each casino game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific written exception is stated within the game rules.
• RTP: The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published within the game information panel. RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ap999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.
• Registering more than one Account or accessing the Platform using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.

• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. ap999 reserves the right to void any transactions arising from such exploitation.
• Colluding with other users, dealers, or third parties to gain an advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions in bad faith, or instructing your payment provider to reverse a legitimate deposit after the funds have been used for wagering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ap999 support staff or other users through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

ap999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all users. We provide the following tools directly within every registered account, accessible without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.

Any unauthorised use of ap999 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ap999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ap999 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or results published on the Platform that contain typographical or technical errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses resulting from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Where ap999's liability cannot be excluded by law, ap999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ap999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13 Privacy & Data

ap999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the ap999 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ap999 uses your personal data to:

14 Termination

• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring ap999 to restrict access to certain users.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ap999 reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the Account holder via the original payment method used for deposit. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure for any reason.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ap999 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days, provided no pending withdrawal, open bet, or active KYC review is outstanding.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ap999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ap999's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
